Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we maintained a strong COVID-19 safety plan, focused on our mental health and well-being, and sought to provide an inclusive, accessible environment.

Our From 12 to 21 transformation prepared us to continue delivering excellent service to our stakeholders and continue our evolution as an organization.
We planned for the future
We launched our new nine-year strategic plan, Plan 20|30: Our Future is Insight; worked with the plans to create new service delivery plans; supported plan redesign; and set our IT platform for the future.
